OECD report on Open Edcational Resources is now available

The report from the OECD Open Edcational Resources (OER) project, titled: Giving Knowledge for Free: THE EMERGENCE OF OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES is now available for download.

There are two other reports from the projects that seems interesting as well: Open Educational Resources, Open Content Licensing (OCL) , by Professor Brian Fitzgerald, and Open Educational Resources: On the Sustainability of OER initiatives, by David Wiley.
